How I Make Myself stretch even though I Don’t want to as well as have ZERO Self Discipline
1. get hold of a drink as well as snack
2. Put on a podcast or show
3. Set timer
4. Stretch… do what feels good
5. publicly pity myself or… don’t provide up – even though I stop working at this extremely commonly I haven’t provided up on myself.
Now let’s break it down…

I get stimulate or iced coffee as well as often I’ll get fruit or path mix to eat while I stretch. I drink stimulate as a pre-workout or just randomly throughout the day (but not after 3pm since it has caffeine).
2. I put on something that I like to enjoy or listen to as a distraction.

I requirement to stretch more. I must stretch everyday! It’s difficult for me to make myself do something I don’t want to do. however I won’t stop working on it. I want to make stretching a habit. I want to make it a part of my training plan long term. So I’m trying sensible lil tasks to assist me do it a lot more often. as well as unless I unexpectedly checked out an post that states running is really poor for you I’m going to keep going.
