Hello! It’s my very first round up of the year! I like to publish my preferred run, eat as well as repeat every month. I really didn’t do it December of last year – that is a red flag for my metal health(!!). however I’m back on it this month with all the highlights in RERland.
I may do the December and/or full year recap soon. Let’s see exactly how together I can get it! I truly like recap messages as well as things like ‘best of’ round-ups – I just requirement to take the time to put it together before I fail to remember whatever I did last year.
Anyway.

Fave Run – 16 miler last weekend.
Last weekend I lastly got back on track a small bit as well as stuck with my long run plan. It’s been truly difficult for me to get myself to do truly long runs lately. It’s much more of a mental thing than physical. putting together the notes for this episode made me recognize I’m truly not positive in myself as well as my running best now as well as my mental game is bad.
BONUS: What I’m using in this pic… Fabletics storage tank as well as leggings.
The leggings are the most lovely I’ve ever worn. I’ve worked with them in the past as well as have pairs that are years old as well as still look fantastic as well as the stretch as well as compression is very strong (I believe that’s part of why they’re so flattering).

Fave eat – PIZZA!!
My preferred eat from the month is the pizza I had while watching Halt as well as catch fire with a buddy we typically make a blue apron meal or something however I have been craving pizza like crazy. really my plan was practically foiled since two locations I tried to purchase from didn’t workout. I ended up choosing Pizza Hut since they have a Brooklyn style thin crust pizza. It worked as well as made me happy.

I lastly checked in with my running view as well as uploaded all the miles from the last few months. turns out I was .76 miles away from running 200 miles in December!! Fail.
How numerous miles I ran this month:
December 2017 – I ran 199.24 miles
January 2018 – I ran 217.60 miles
December 2017 – I ran 199.24 miles
January 2018 – I ran 217.60 miles
Question: would it very bug you if you practically ran 200 miles in a month however stopped at 199.24??
